You can check out our previous blog post about the topic here, but in this episode, we go into a bit more detail, along with some helpful tips and tricks for how we prioritize our time and make effective use of every single appointment that we have for Shaun.



Main Topic(s)
  • Verify ALL aspects of your appointment
    • Date & Time
    • Location (many practices have multiple offices)
    • Which Doctor(s) you’re seeing
    • Nature of the appointment (e.g. well-visit, skin test, food challenge, etc.)
  • Show up to the appointment prepared
